Behold, children are a gift of the LORD, the fruit of the womb is a reward. Psalm 127:3
At Blessed Birth, we believe that every baby is a blessing, and every birth is as unique as the child being born. Preparing for the birth of your baby is a journey that begins the moment you discover that you are with child. You will be faced with many choices during the childbirth year, and every mother deserves the chance – and has the responsibility - to make informed decisions based on accurate information.
Blessed Birth provides a number of services to aid you in planning your ideal birth, supporting you through labor, offering assistance as you become skilled at breastfeeding and newborn care, and memorializing this miraculous time in your family’s life.
Blessed Birth Childbirth Professionals provide:
* Birth Doulas certifying through Childbirth International
* Lactation Support
* Pregnancy and Newborn Photography
* Belly Casting
* Blessingway Planning
We also provide distinctly Christian services to families that desire them. We would be pleased to pray for and with your family throughout your pregnancy and labor. We are available to discuss with you such topics as Natural Family Planning, the spirituality of birth, how God designed a woman’s body perfectly for birth and lactation, circumcision, parenting philosophies, and other topics from a Biblical perspective.
At Blessed Birth we view the role of doula as a professional calling as well as a ministry. We want to make sure that every woman who wants the support of a doula can have it, regardless of income, age, or marital status. If you are concerned about your ability to pay, please contact us and we can discuss payment plans or a sliding scale, based on income. We also offer a discount to our military families as our show of appreciation for your sacrifice.
Please contact us if you have any questions! We would love to talk with you!
